566. Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies at the University of Zurich and Dr. Dave Wang's Publications

 

In 2013, the University of Zurich established its Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies (IAOS). According to its website, the institute serves as the center of research and teaching on Asia and the Orient at the University of Zurich (UZH). The institute will be as one of the leading institutions in the field in the world. The founding of the institute demonstrates that UZH's strategic focus on Asian and Oriental studies. Clearly, as the institute stated that "With numerous research projects and a variety of programs at BA-, MA- and PhD-level in the aforementioned disciplines, there exists no other institution of comparable focus and scope in Switzerland."
