615. Dr. Dave Wang Cited in Christianity and Confucianism, Faith and Politics

Christopher Hancock, Director of Oxford House (Research Ltd) and a Visiting Professor at St. Mary's University, London, published his new book recently. He has also taught at Cambridge University, served as Dean of Bradford Cathedral, and Director of the Centre for the Study of Christianity in China at King's College, London. His current academic work focuses on the role culture, ethics and religion play in contemporary geopolitics. His new book, Christianity and Confucianism: Culture, Faith and Politics. In his book Hancock cite Dr. Dave Wang' serveral papers published in Virginian Review of Asian Studies and some other venues. In his book the author examined "cultural, political, and religious interaction between China and the West". As the world faces a rising China this book provided us with a perspective to view cultural interaction between the Easd and the West. "East and West are shown to have shaped the mind, heart, culture, philosophy and politics of the other - and far more, perhaps, than either knows or would want to admit." I hope that readers will enjoy his book and share his great vision for the future. Below are some snapshots showing his using Dr. Dave Wang' papers as references.
